Luxury property agency Higuerón Real Estate has launched South Residences, a new development comprising 164 branded residences on the Costa del Sol, specifically in Fuengirola (Málaga). The project represents an €80 million investment and occupies a 29,000 m² plot.
The first phase of the project, comprising 140 of all residences, is already complete and scheduled for delivery this May. Prices range from €400,000 to €2.2 million.
In this first phase, three buildings have been built: one with 71 homes, another with 33 and a third with 36. All of these homes have storage rooms and parking spaces.
The second phase will include the remaining 24 residences, each featuring a storage room and two parking spaces, along with access to a communal pool. Notably, all of these luxury homes will offer either two or three bedrooms.
The design of this residential complex is inspired by avant-garde architecture and incorporates sustainable materials such as Corten steel, stone and wood. The homes are also numbered like hotel rooms, enabling residents to enjoy the exclusive services typically found in a luxury resort.
During the presentation, Javier Rodríguez, CEO of Higuerón Resort, emphasised “the uniqueness of the project and the company’s strong commitment to continuing to offer an innovative concept with a truly distinctive and exclusive value that takes brand excellence one step further.”
The complex is endorsed by BREEAM and WELL sustainability certificates and has 17,500 m2 of green space.
In addition to the residential units, the development includes a range of communal spaces such as picnic areas, a barbecue zone, a sauna, an open-air cinema, a vegetable garden and a yoga platform. It also offers a dedicated coworking area, tailored to meet the needs of digital nomads.
