The project called Tyrian Residences, developed by Prestige Expo and Grupo BZH, has been awarded as the best residential project in Spain at the European Property Awards 2025, held at the London Marriott Hotel.
The complex is located on the Costa del Sol, in the Málaga municipality of Estepona, and will offer 40 premium beachfront homes, with prices ranging from €3.6 to €8.5 million, according to the listing on idealista, although half of them are already sold.
The jury, made up of more than one hundred international experts, selected this residential complex for its architectural and functional excellence, its capacity for innovation and adaptation to new lifestyles, the quality and exclusivity of its amenities, its high standards of security and personalisation, its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, and its handcrafted execution in a prime location overlooking the Mediterranean.

The homes in this residential complex range from 300 to 1,000 square metres and will feature three or four bedrooms, including both single-storey units and duplex penthouses, all with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Some of the most exclusive homes will also include private lifts and garages with space for four or five vehicles.
The interiors preserve the scale and spirit of a luxury Mediterranean villa, with living rooms of up to 70 m², main suites of 50 m² and ceilings nearing three metres, enhancing natural light and the sense of space.
