Villa Jasmín, the mansion in Port d’Andratx that used to belong to Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, has opened its doors to some new celebrity owners. The family of Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher, who still suffers the aftermath of a ski accident in 2014, spent a few days in this exclusive enclave of Mallorca.
The property consists of a plot of land of 13,000 m2 (140,000 sq ft), with 3,000 m2 (32,300 sq ft) of living space divided into three houses: a main mansion and two smaller ones. The villa also has two swimming pools, a gym and even a heliport.
The founder of the ACS Group and president of Real Madrid football club, Florentino Pérez, sold the exclusive luxury mansion last summer for around 30 million euro and now it is Michael Schumacher's house.
The interior design of the property is a total mystery, although we have some photos from the outside. idealista has also advertised some of the other exclusive villas and luxury fincas in Mallorca.
