Our house of the week is a beautiful finca in Mallorca, only a 15 minute drive from Palma. The house was built in 2008 and offers a lot of sunlight due to its south orientation. It is equipped with a lift and adapted for people with reduced mobility.

In the basement there are some true luxury amenities such as a wine cellar, indoor swimming pool, spa area with sauna, private gym and a large garage with space for several cars. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
