Italian fashion group Armani and former world number one Rafael Nadal are involved in a new residential development on Marbella’s Golden Mile.
Armani Residences Marbella is being developed by Sierra Blanca Estates and Palya Assets, a company led by businessman Abel Matutes and Nadal.
The project sits in Nagüeles, on one of the last available private properties on the Golden Mile, the stretch connecting central Marbella with Puerto Banús.
According to data from idealista, the average property price in the Golden Mile area is around €6,872 per m². At that average, a 150 m² property would work out at roughly €1.03 million, before any additional purchase costs.
Construction began at the start of summer 2026, and completion is expected in 2028,

The homes will follow the Armani/Casa design aesthetic. The project is described as prioritising nature and sustainability through its landscaping.
Residents will have access to a spa, fully equipped gym, private club and a 24-hour concierge service.
