Marbella continues to attract branded residences – and this time it is the Armani Group that has arrived in what many consider the capital of glamour and luxury on the Costa del Sol.
The project, known as Armani Residences Marbella, is an exclusive development of 33 homes, promoted through a partnership between Sierra Blanca Estates and Playa Assets – a company led by businessman Abel Matutes and Rafael Nadal.

It will be built on a large plot in Nagüeles, on one of the last remaining private estates on the Golden Mile – the stretch linking Marbella with Puerto Banús, home to some of the most exclusive villas, high‑end boutiques and luxury developments on the Mediterranean. According to data from idealista, the average price in the area stands at €6,872 per square metre.
Surrounded by nature, the development will occupy a 50,000 m² site with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains. Armani Residences Marbella will feature just 33 exclusive homes, designed to offer a lifestyle centred on serenity, well‑being and sophistication. Sales will begin with an initial phase of only 10 residences.
The complex will reflect the elegance of Armani/Casa, with understated interiors and a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. Inspired by Giorgio Armani’s values – balance, harmony and authenticity – the project proposes a contemporary vision of luxury focused on quality of life.
Residents will have access to premium amenities, including a state‑of‑the‑art spa, fully equipped gym, private club and 24‑hour concierge service – all set within a landscape design that incorporates nature and sustainability.
The homes will be duplexes with generous proportions, offering between 150 and 200 m² per floor. Terraces will range from 100 m² to as much as 800 m², with some including private pools and solariums. The largest residence will feature 500 m² of interior space and 1,000 m² of terrace.
“This project has a very special meaning for me,” Nadal stated in the developer’s press release. He also highlighted the opportunity to collaborate again with Armani and to promote a development in Marbella focused on well‑being, sporting values and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Abel Matutes described the partnership between Sierra Blanca Estates and Armani as “a natural union of real estate excellence, iconic design and a lifestyle that transforms luxury into an experience”.
The project will be led by Sierra Blanca Estates, a leading firm in the luxury residential sector on the Costa del Sol. Its CEO, Carlos Rodríguez, stated that Armani Residences Marbella “will mark a turning point for the city” and reinforce its international position in the ultra‑luxury market. Other major brands, such as Lamborghini and Dolce & Gabbana, already have developments in the area.
Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
