The Bank of Spain has analysed the weight that tourist accommodation has in the rental stock of the 25 urban areas with the highest density of holiday homes and Marbella and Elche at the top of the ranking. In Malaga, tourist apartments represent almost 65% of the rental market in the city centre, while the Alicante town's weight is close to 70% in the peripheral area.
