The most expensive street in each Spanish region
The study carried out by idealista is completed with the most exclusive streets in each of Spain's 17 autonomous communities. In addition to the regions with streets in the top 10 positions, 6 other autonomous regions have addresses where the average price exceeds one million euros: Catalonia (4,702,846 euros), Valencia (3,407,917 euros), the Canary Islands (3,328,278 euros), the Basque Country (1,754,643 euros), Galicia (1,612,500 euros) and Cantabria (1,394,615 euros).
The cheapest region is Castile-La Mancha, where its most expensive street has an average price of 339,423 euros, followed by Extremadura (464,177 euros) and La Rioja (485,143 euros).
Methodology
In order to prepare this study, idealista has studied the average absolute price of all types of properties (flats, studios, penthouses, chalets...) advertised on the same street. To avoid distortions in the data, only those streets with a minimum of 10 listings have been taken into account. Therefore, the study only shows the average prices of the streets, which does not mean that these are the most expensive properties for sale in each market.
